  1. おはよう,みちえさん! おげんきですか。

I didn't know you were taking Japanese, too. That's really cool. =)

うわ! それはすごいハンバーガーですね。。。I saw this a couple days ago with a friend of mine... Good grief it's so large, I don't understand how one could possibly eat such a thing. But it's pretty comical; A hamburger with 7 paddies, sold for 777 yen, available for 7 days, to commemorate the release of Windows 7, hahahah. The most amusing part of the ad, to me, is how it says "American size bunz". American size is kind of silly, but why did they spell buns with a z? XD

  4. I love the unintentional play on the words "American size bunz" for your backside will probably gain a lot of extra padding after consuming one of these humongous burgers. (Thanks for pointing that out, Stephen. Otherwise, I would have missed out on a couple of extra laughs.) On a slightly related side note, I read an article recently about outlawing obesity in Japan entitled, "Fat in Japan? You're breaking the law." Ironically, in the same week, Tokyo was proclaimed the "World Capital of Gastronomy"!!!

My conclusion: Japan has the best of both worlds!
